2018 Forest River R-Pod

The camper was equipped with everything I needed. I truly enjoyed the experience. The owner was very helpful and formative.i will be using the R-Pod again in the future

As the picture below shows, we were in the snow, had a White Christmas. Night temperatures were in the teens. We were cozy warm inside for seven nights. Andre has the R-Pod well stocked and all essential systems were working fine. We did not connect to water so I can't speak on how the tanks would fair in this cold weather. Our entire trip to the Winter Wonderland was wonderful.

We’ve only ever camped in tents when our boys were young. This was our first experience in a camper and Andre’s R-Pod was great! There was everything we needed on the camper and then some. One minor challenge (user error) on the first night and Andre immediately responded. We’ve already recommended him to family :)

Andre was out of town when I picked up the trailer, but his friend Jen did a great job getting me started on my first RV adventure. All equipment worked as advertised. The R-Pod was perfectly sized for two people, but in my case it was just my dog and me. I rented to determine if I should buy. While the experience was interesting, it certainly convinced me that purchasing a vehicle is not in my immediate future. However, I would rent from Andre again.

We had an awesome time with this RV! Perfect size for 2 adults and/or first time RV renters.

Andre's camper was comfy, well appointed and perfect for our last minute getaway! The drop off/pick up & set up that he provided to us was pretty sweet as well. We will definitely be using this little camper for our next festival family get together.

Andre' had prepared everything I could possibly want or need for camper living. I especially appreciated his patient and thorough explanations of how things worked and tips for towing, since this was my first time ever using a camper trailer.

Andre' responded quickly with an understandable, complete and patient response each time I contacted him when I couldn't figure out how something was supposed to work.

This was the perfect size for me to tow with my 6 cylinder Dodge Ram and to accommodate me during the last bit of a nursing stint in South Carolina when the humidity and heat made it impossible to continue tenting much past June 1st.

I was very comfortable camping with only water hook up for the better part of 2 weeks before moving to state parks with electricity at the sites as well. Because I had it for 3 weeks and experienced everything from deluge downpours to blistering hot humidity, I can say with confidence that you can be comfortable in it in almost any conditions.

I discovered that while using the generator, switching the frig to run on gas rather than electricity while running the air conditioner conserved the generator fuel, cooled the camper nicely and resulted in consistent 40ish degree frig temperatures.

This camper has clearly been very popular for renting and is nicely used. It follows nicely when towed and readily fits in almost any campsite.
