I recently rented the 2016 Jayco Melbourne from the owner Joel. I will comment on below two parts:

Joel’s answer

A copy of Return Form was furnished stating the Cleaning fee, we reimburse most renters because they bring RV back in the same condition as when they took possession. The RV was not cleaned and renter went 1200 miles, 700 over. Additional mileage was charged per the agreement. Nothing was hidden. A partial refund was given to attempt to make right. Disappointed that renter left such a review after extra time was spent going over the RV, Delivering the RV and Picking up the RV. Full disclosure...We Charge a mileage fee for delivery and pick up, and we charge $150 for cleaning RV if not brought back clean but 80% of renters are not charged this fee because they bring back clean.

We had such a wonderful trip in Goldie, I hope we have an opportunity to holiday in this RV again. Thank-you Joel and family for trusting us with Goldie.

The key exchange and explanation of the RV went smoothly. The first couple of days of our trip when we had a question, Joel was quick to respond with an answer. The Mercedes Sprinter was easy to drive and maneuver. The refrigerater & freezer holds quite a bit of food and keeps it cold. The air conditioner kept it very comfortable in the RV.

My review will focus on 2 parts - the vehicle and the owners.
The vehicle - a very well maintained C class RV, even though it’s a 2016 model, it feels more luxurious and has better performance than later model RVs I’ve seen.
The interior looks great with no signs of wear and tear.
I drove this RV from Austin to the Rocky Mountains and it was a smooth easy drive all the way.
The generator uses propane gas, but it was easy enough finding places to refill it (some of the camps had refill stations).
