The RV was in great shape (seems new). It was very clean. The owner was super helpful and sent us short videos to help us with the various things we may need on our trip (dumping video was especially helpful).

This was our first time renting a camper van and we were very happy with this experience. The Solis was easy to drive and operate; the video tutorial links that Matthew provided were informative and helpful. Matthew answered all our newbie questions regarding vehicle operation and navigating the Outdoorsy rental process. Matthew was also responsive and accommodating when we decided to extend our trip by an extra day. Overall, we had a great time in the Solis and look forward to many more camper van excursions!

Excellent for a family of 4! We had a wonderful time with the Solis. It’s compact and has everything you need. Our kids (7 and 4) loved sleeping upstairs! Matt was very helpful and responsive for any questions we had before, during, and after the the trip.

Great experience! This was my first experience with an RV and everything went smoothly.

Matthew was amazing! Great communication, clear instructions, and very supportive in our first camper van experience. Will rent from him again and highly recommend . Our trip had to be modified due to fire smoke and we kept him in the loop of where we were traveling ( which was completely last minute and amazing!) Great adventure with our 2 young kids as well.

The vehicle was as described and worked well. Matthew was very responsive to all our questions. He let us know a few days before our trip that the bike rack which we had requested was broken and would not be available to us. That, and the fact that we couldn't get to Oregon, our intended destination, because of wildfires, were the only disappointments.

We loved the van great format, slight mechanical problems with the tire valves. Matthew was very prompt in his communication with us.

Awesome experience. Brand new Solis was perfect for our family of 3, and had everything we needed for our 4-day trip. Excellent functionality, easy to drive, and our 4 year old loved the pop top! Matt provided great instructions and was super responsive with questions. Overall outstanding experience.

Awesome experience with a brand new campervan (2 adults & 2 kids). Communication was great. Matthew responded within minutes with details on all gear included in the van and/or any other question I had. Easy to drive/maneuver around with good MPG. Comfortable beds and all you need to enjoy the trip. Matthew made a super easy and fast pick up/drop off. Thanks for our first experience with a campervan! We will repeat for sure!
Tips: Top bed is really comfy but cooler. Pack a down/comforter in a vacuum bag to save space. There is no tether anchorage for carseat (kids), but you can safely strap it around the head rest.

My partner and I loved this rental. He turned 40 a few weeks ago and it was hard to do anything due to the pandemic. This rig allowed us to Journey the Ca Northern Coast together, while having everything we needed to be self-sufficient. The rig is brand new, came super clean, and with the major necessities. Matthew is awesome- very communicative, friendly, helpful and does a great walk through of the van ahead of time. He also went above and beyond to mail us a forgotten item. Great customer service! Thank you for sharing your Solis with us.

We had a great time renting the Solis for a 4-day regional staycation. The space was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids. It maneuvered easily and fit everywhere we needed it to. It was exactly as advertised: brand new, clean, well-stocked kitchen, and everything worked as expected. Pickup/dropoff was easy. Matthew was communicative. We hope to rent it again in the future and would highly recommend it to others!
