This roomy, comfortable, and easy to tow Toy Hauler is perfect for a large family with kids, or a group of friends. Whether you are doing an off road weekend, a beach gateway, or going to the lake, you will be glad you chose this Toy Hauler for your trip. This is a rare Toy Hauler and we get a lot of compliments because of how unique it is being it having a Side Loading Gate. It has 2 RV Queen beds, and the sofa and dinette turns into a bed which will accommodate up to 7 people comfortably. It feels very homey and not like a garage which is why we chose this over other Toy Haulers. The cargo bay can hold a Golf Cart, an ATV or a few Dirt Bikes! This is truly a home away from home.What's includedCookware, Weight Distribution Hitch and Sway Bar will be included.Delivery and pickup within 125mi radius available upon request.Other things to note***CA requires any vehicle Towing over 1,500lbs must be equipped with an additional brake control system.•Trailer does have 2 propane tanks and the first tank is on us, but if for some reason you need to use second tank, a $50 fee will be applied.•Delivery-Please inquire about total cost if you need the RV delivered to your location.•NO Smoking of any type in the Hauler.•NO Climbing on the roof.•ONLY use the supplied RV rated toilet paper.•The awning is a "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK". The awning may be used (and it is in perfect working condition), however, if the awning is damaged, you are fully responsible for any repairs, or replacement of, the awning.•Generator is $100(Unlimited use) and it will have a full tank of gas. If you need more gas, I have a portable 5 gallon gas can that I can fill up for an extra fee.
