Katie was available on a dime if we needed anything. There was a technical issue that was dealt with immediately and we appreciate the instant communication.

This was my second Outdoorsy experience and was vastly different from the first amazing experience I had the week before. This clause listed on each Outdoorsy listing was hugely important to me during COVID: "All RV owners have been advised to implement Outdoorsy’s sanitation standards and follow the CDC’s cleaning guidelines before and after each rental. If you have further questions, we recommend you contact the RV owner directly." I foolishly assumed that this was being adhered to.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
3pm drop off, 11am pick up if signed up for delivery option. Address will need to be provided before booking. If not, any fees associated will come out of the deposit.

Q.How does the dumping fees work?
A.
There is a $35 fee for campers who camp at a location with a dump station. Rarely do campsites have a direct septic hook-up. Every campsite has fees that we have to pay to use their station. For campsites that don't have a direct connection OR a dump station, we have to find one, drive to it, pay their fees, and dump your jazz which comes with the extra $35 fee. So choose your camping locations wisely. What saves you time and money also saves us time and money.
