Absolutely amazing! This is my first time ever renting a camper. They made the process so easy and so enjoyable. The camper was perfect for my needs and they have options for everybody. Communication was way above my expectations. The camper was clean and everything in working order. It includes several amenities we enjoyed like the coffee maker and a skillet that was definitely used. I could not believe how cold air conditioner was. When I picked up the camper, Christina and Jim thoroughly looked over the unit with me and answer any questions I may have had. I could keep going about how great this was! I will definitely be using them soon (Dam Jam!)

Christina and Jim were over the top, great service, excellent communication before and during the rental. The unit was clean, well maintained, and there were lots of extra little touches that really impressed us.

We own 8 units and this was the first one to return with damage, missing equipment and a soiled mattress. We take multiple photos before and after each rental and encourage our renters to do the same. Our property is also equipped with security cameras to protect both owners and renters. We strive to provide an excellent experience and are always open to feedback and improvement. I have kept all photos, videos, contracts, orientation notes and correspondence with this renter. Anyone interested or concerned about this rating is welcome to review the exchange and ask any details regarding this negative experience.
