This easy 1/2 ton towable paradise will surely provide you a relaxing place to rest after you spend you day at the lake, in the mountains, at the races, or whatever the adventure of the day holds. We are a family of 4, with me being 6'3", and sleep very comfortably in it whether we are at the beach in Galveston, or taking it easy down on the Frio River. With the size of this RV you can tow it with any 1/2 ton rated vehicle and park it in just about any location. The 30 amp service provides all the power needs to keep you cool in the summer time and warm in the winter months. With the 20amp to 30amp adapter, you can park her beside you house and plug in to a 20 amp receptacle to use as a spare room for when company comes to town. My wife Kim and I purchases our first RV in 2015. Our initial reasoning was to just go hang out with friends at the lake. What we didn't realize was the amazing impact it would have on our 3 year old son at the time. After the first trip out, we knew we made the right choice to get our kids out in the "wild" as he would call it. Now we are now on our second RV, and enjoy every outing with our 9 year old son, 5 year old daughter, 4 year old Golden-Doodle, and 3 month old Miniature Schnauzer. Whether we are hauling it down to the Texas coast, into the Hill Country to swim in the Frio River, or just to one of the many lake side Corps of Engineers, and State parks in the area, we have never had a bad trip.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible on the pick up and drop off times as long as you give us enough notice to be prepared for it. If you are needing delivery, that will take a little bit more notice, but can still be very flexible.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This RV is very easy to operate. Set up is a breeze and can usually be complete in less than 20 minutes. As far as the dumping of the tanks, there is only one black water and one gray water tank. Nothing to dumping those either.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We provide a water hose specifically used for fresh water while at the camp site. Be sure it is not connected to the Black Water Wash connection. The water hose is a standard water hose threaded connection on both ends.
Electrical has a twist lock connection on the RV side and just a standard Electric Dryer style connection on the shore power side.
The Sewer hose just has a twist lock style connection as well on the RV side. There is an adapter for threaded on the site side connection.
Q.How much time will I need to plan for at time of pick up and drop off?
A.
At the time of pick up, it will depend greatly on you familiarity of towing an RV. If you have never towed one, we will take it for a spin with you behind the wheel to build a little comfort. That will take about 20-30 minutes extra. If you are comfortable, then I would plan on about 30 minutes to do a walk down of the RV, go over the different systems of the RV, and fill out all the necessary paperwork.
