Absolutely everything we needed for the trip was included with the rental, we only needed to buy food for the length of the trip. The car was very clean, very well maintained, and Gaylord was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for places to visit and trails to explore. I highly recommend it!!

This was an such an epic adventure! My wife and I grabbed a ride directly off the plane and went straight to the shop to pick up the 4 Runner. Gaylord had the vehicle locked and loaded ready for adventure. The truck was super clean and loaded with everything as ordered. We would have been able to hop right in and go. However, we sat with Gaylord for about an hour getting the lay of the land and discussing our trip. He suggested many different places and things to see. He was always just a text away with any information that we needed. I would 10/10 recommend Go Explore It to anyone! We will be returning same time next year!

I rarely take the time and effort to write reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond, I feel I need to make the effort, and this is one of those situations. Gaylord and Gemma were fantastic at every stage, from my initial inquiry through dropoff. They patiently answered all my questions and made many constructive suggestions based on my plans. This was so much more than a vehicle rental -- logistics, personalized itinerary suggestions, practical guidance and more. I was also surprised and extremely comforted that the vehicle included a sat phone pre-programmed with all of Gaylord's contact info in case of problems. Fortunately, I didn't need to use it, but the knowledge that I would have support in a worst-case scenario really helped dial back the stress level. The vehicle itself (4Runner w/FSR Evolution RTT) had a decent amount of mileage on it but was in good working condition and very capable on rough roads. I had not mechanical issues whatsoever. The tent was comfortable and super-easy to open and collapse -- after the first time, I'd say it only took me 1-2 minutes. (Small tip: I'd recommend trying to open and collapse it once before leaving, just to make sure you have the hang of it -- watching Gaylord do it was helpful, but no substitute for hands-on experience.) The kitchen supplies were good, with only one or two minor items I found myself missing, but nothing really problematic. All in all, this was an A+ experience and one I'm hoping to repeat again soon! Thank you!!

We had an amazing time! Gaylord was so helpful, walked us through everything and made sure we were set for a great weekend. He even gave us a suggested itinerary that was absolutely incredible! Could not recommend this more!

Everything was great! They were wonderful with communication and assistance. They were extremely accommodating. The vehicle itself was everything it was described to be. They even allowed us to leave our car on their property while gone and washed it for us!!! Cant say enough about how easy going and great they were. I’ll definitely use them again in the future and you should consider renting from them too.

We needed two 4x4 vehicles and found adventure travel. I would highly recommend this rental car company. The cars were in excellent condition and very clean. Gaylord was extremely helpful and went out of his way to obtain a car seat for my little one. He also provided excellent communication! I would totally rent from adventure travel again!

My husband and I rented a 4Runner from Gaylord and Jordan. We had the best time during our visit to Colorado with a big thanks to them! They have an amazing fleet of vehicles to choose from that come with everything you could possibly need to boondock/camp. Gaylord was super helpful upon arrival. He walked us through our vehicle, showing us everything that was included as well as how to get everything set up once we reached our destination. If we had an emergency, he made us aware that he would be available no matter what the time. That really put our minds at ease while we drove through unfamiliar terrain of Colorado. Renting this rig gave us the ability to see and do things on our trip that no other rental company offers. I highly recommend renting from their company! You won't be disappointed! Thanks again you two!

5 star outfit all the way. The owner Gaylord went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. He literally planned out our entire trip and answered all of our questions. The 4Runner is just awesome! We were getting compliments everywhere we went. Highly recommend these guys for you next Colorado adventure.

Top Notch describes this rental. From the accomadations by Gaylord to the quality of the build of this rig. We constantly were complimented on the rig from others at gas stops and even down the highway! Everything you need to enter the back country Gaylord has thought of and made it an option to equip this vehicle to get you back home safely. I was very impressed with the top quality driving characteristics of this rig, it was comfortable for our road treks while being more than capable on the back country trails we pointed it down. If you are after an adventure you'll never forget like we were, this is the trig for you. Thank You for the quality rental it was great taking the 4Runner around such beautiful landscapes and talking overlanding/off-roading with you.

The perfect vehicle for our trip around the White Rim in Moab. Gaylord was very accommodating in making sure everything worked for us to mount a box along the top and set up a rear hitch bike rack. Stocked with a French Press, coffee thermal mugs, butane burners and everything you'd need to enjoy the backcountry. Couldn't believe all the comments I was getting from other 4Runner drivers and fans who were envious of the rig I was driving. Thanks so much for everything. Wanna take a trip off the grid? This is the vehicle to ensure you'll make it through securely and in style. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
