The queen mattress has a mattress cover, cleaned between every rental. Most local renters prefer their own linens and/or sleeping bag for comfort and ease of use.NOT INCLUDED
Towels, shampoo, conditioner.The awning is NOT available for use, but as indicated, there is a 10'x10" Shade tent available at no additional charge. However, there is a $75 fee if returned broken or missing.Please feel free to ask about anything you don't see.RecommendationsColorado offers a superb home base for so much in the west. In Colorado alone, you have endless mountains and of course Rocky Mountain National park. Within 8-10 hours, you have multiple National Parks in UT and WY and the Grand Tetons as well as Mount Rushmore too.We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation that is deemed to be too far out of state. Even with mileage charges, we are not interested in any coast to coast excursions.This RV is a superb option to consider when you're renovating part of your home, and you want to have a place to stay comfortable, parked right in your driveway...same goes for when family is in town visiting, and they don't want to stay in a hotel, but you don't have the space.Other things to noteIf you're looking for a mix of easy to drive yet roomy this is the RV for you. This RV drives like a large van and it gets remarkable MPG, with an estimated (12-18mpg) on its Mercedes diesel engine.Includes, LED lighting, outlets, sound system, 2 TVs with DVD, bathroom/shower, kitchen with microwave, 3 burner stove, fridge/freezer.It has three outside storage areas and one slide out for dining, which converts to a comfortable bed for 1-2. Due to COVID we will be completely disinfecting the RV before all rentals.There is roughly 1-2 hr walk-thru process at the time of rental where we will demo all systems, septic, a short test drive and contract signing. An Outdoorsy-approved driver must be present at the scheduled pickup, and their name must be the one on the contract...this a non-negotiable., as keys will not be handed over without them present with a driver's license in hand which we will photograph and document.Due to COVID we will be wearing a mask during check out and will require the renter(s) to be properly wearing a mask as well.We require all renters to get insurance through Outdoorsy to insure proper coverage and safety for both the renters and owner, and there will always be a supplemental rental agreement (SRA) to be signed too. Failure to document all forms and insurance requirements will result in cancellation of reservation with cancellation policy intact/enforced. Outdoorsy must have a documented driver on file before departure.Despite being optional on the outdoorsy sign out page, we do require all renters to get the $69 damage protection which covers any damage to appliances & the interior.
