2017 Ice house RV edition with sink, 2 burner cook top, microwave, TV, A/C, Heat, Toilet and Shower. Has electric winches on the wheels. 6 Holes to fish from with a large dinette to sit at as well as to turn into an oversized bed. Couch fold out into a bed and there are bunks above the dinette and the couch for additional sleeping space. The ice castle is great for some relaxing ice fishing or even as a hunting shack or some place to stay while out snowmobiling. Generator can be included as well for an additional charge.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Can meet at any large parking lot in the city of Grand Forks or East Grand Forks for pickup or drop off. Can also deliver to your house within city limits for free.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The Ice house is winterized for the year so there is no water or sewer usage at this time.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
If the winch remotes are not working there are Wired controllers under each bench that you will need to unplug the remote receiver and plug in the wired controllers to raise and lower the house.
