We rented the RV to drive to AZ with our 2 young boys. It was better than expected and now we want to purchase our own! The rental worked well for our 3 year old and a 1 year old that slept in a pack n play in the pull out wall space. My husband & I wished the bed was larger, but we still slept OK. :) Overall, a wonderful rental experience with no issues.

We had a great experience. The RV was in good condition, very clean, and well stocked with amenities like cooking utensils, cups, plates, pans, etc. as well as small touches like paper towels, dish soap, simple spices, and hand sanitizer. Chad was great to work with. He spent extra time at pickup showing us first time RVers all the basics and was very available during our trip to answer questions. All around, a terrific time.

The RV operated as we anticipated, Chad gave clear instructions, and responded promptly t a few questions when we were on the road. This RV is in good operating condition and will get reasonable MPG if the speed is kept under 65mph.

Chad was communicative and easy to deal with it. The RV was meant in need of a deep cleaning, eg carpet and upholstery deep shampoo. A detailing by a professional perhaps. But certainly serviceable. Everything worked. Only a few complaints. One headlight was out. The rear passenger side back lights (turn signal, brake) worked intermittently. The entry door locks didn’t always work easily, but there was a deadbolt that worked perfectly from the inside of the RV. Nothing awful just more attention to detail. Yet, it is a busy, busy summer and likely there is little time to pay a close attention to all details. Nothing that would prevent me from renting it again if so were to be more detailed when picking up the vehicle to be certain every single thing worked.

The owner was super accomodating and helpful and explained all aspects of the RV. We traveled with a group of three and there was plenty of room, comfortable bedding and a well equipped kitchen. We're very happy with the rental and all aspects of the experience

This road ranger was perfect for my husband and I, and Chad was great to work with. He explained everything very clearly when we picked the unit up so we knew just what to do at the campground. He is very knowledgeable and we appreciated all of his information. I also appreciated his extra care to ensure it was disinfected and carefully cleaned before we picked it up. This is a very spacious unit, drives wonderful and gets great gas mileage. Great service and a great motorhome. I highly recommend renting from Chad.

My family rented Chad's vehicle for a quick three day trip to Lake Powell. We had a great time and the vehicle was fantastic. Chad was extremely communicative from the minute we rented the vehicle and was awesome to work with. We talked on our way back from dropping off the car that the next time we rent, it will certainly be with Chad.

Chad was always quick to reply, very helpful considering our evolving need to extend. He was very personable and through during our orientation - very helpful for first time RV renters. As we returned his RV he genuinely asked us for feedback on our rental experience. He is planning to provide 'how-to' videos for renters which would be a great tool for those of us that half-listen to orientations and forget the other half and then try to empty the water tanks, etc.
The only reason for a 4-star on cleanliness is that the kitchen cupboards have collected disposable cups, plastic ware, etc from previous renters - in these COVID times it makes sense to just discard and empty the cupboards. We also rented with only one day's notice, thus not much time to deep clean.
Overall - a great first RV experience.

We had a great trip thanks to Chad’s RV. Our party was two adults and two young children and it was perfect for us. My husband loved driving it and the kids loved being in it. My only recommendation would be for Chad to write up a quick manual. We’d never had an RV before and so even though Chad explained everything in detail when we picked it up, it does have some complicated elements and would have been useful to have a reference manual or FAQ sheet. He was very responsive when we called with questions.

This was our first RV experience. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Whenever we were unsure fellow RV folks were happy to give advice at the RV park. Fun to travel about with our hotel room. The owner gave a Great tour explaining how everything works & lots of helpful tips. Seemed intimidating at first but it went smoothly & everything was easy to figure out.

This RV was as described. There are 3 sleeping areas, although we primarily used just 2 of them (the bed in the back and the loft in the front). We brought our own towels and bedding, although Chad also provided some pillows, blankets, and hand towels. Basic utensils, spices, and cooking items are included. If you will be doing a lot of cooking, you might want to consider bringing additional (sharper) knives and cutting boards. There is a storage compartment accessible from the outside of the RV that was very useful for carrying bulkier items. We found the RV to be very convenient (especially for our 3 kids), and Chad was available whenever we had questions. We used the RV to travel to several national parks in western Colorado and southern Utah; we ended up driving more miles than we expected because we did not factor in all of the miles we would be driving inside the parks themselves (we did not tow a car). As inexperienced RV drivers, we especially appreciated the size of this RV. It was big/long enough for our needs, but still small/short enough to be pretty manageable.

Such a memorable vacation, and we had a great experience renting the RV from Chad! The RV was clean, fully equipped, and worked well in all aspects. Chad was friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.... he left great instructions for us. We're already thinking about the next vacations we could take in this RV! Would definitely recommend this to family & friends.

We had a great first family RV trip to the Grand Canyon in Chad’s Tioga! It was very comfortable for a family of 5, well stocked, and you can tell it’s been well cared for. The kids loved the experience!
