Jason was very kind and helpful. The RV was the perfect fit for our family and had everything we needed for our trip. The RV had some minor cosmetic flaws but nothing that impacted our stay. Overall this was a great experience.

This is my second summer renting a camper from the Camper Connection. They are very responsive and always helpful and as accommodating as possible. There was a small mix up with including the kitchen set when our camper was delivered to the campground - they had one delivered in a few hours right to our campsite and also left a $20 credit at the campground for us for our troubles. Very nice and appreciated.

Our camping experience with The Camper Connection was not good.The camper I reserved & paid for was not the one delivered for our use. This was done with no communication or approval by me. We showed up at the RV park and the camper was completely different than what I booked. The one that was delivered was 5 feet shorter, had only one slide out (as opposed to the two slide outs in the one I ordered), a much smaller outdoor kitchen and a much smaller bathroom.

I would have preferred someone be there at the time of my pickup. All in all, the camper was great. My family and I had a good time and things worked out just fine.
