4 stars for the owner, 2 stars for the condition of the trailer.
We ended up having to park backwards in an RV site and needed more drain line. Owner drove to us to deliver another hose. She was very generous.
The trailer was dirty, inside and out. We have littles who spend time on the floor so we had to clean, including the toilet, before we moved inside.

The camper is vacuumed prior to any rental, everything was sanitized and wiped down the morning of. Outside is harder to get scrubbed clean as it doesn't fit in any local car washes.

I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. The RV was in great working order; the delivery and setup were were fantastic. I highly recommend her.
