2018 Prime Time Avenger
We purchased our camper in 2018 to live in until we could find a home when we moved. It has not been used since. This has a large TV, lots of storage, and a full pull out which makes lots of room. It has a outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink, frig, and stove. It also has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a dip in the lake. This has a private master bedroom with lots of storage space. The aweing is perfect for the hot days and lighting for the nights. A surround stereo system can be switched to inside / outside or both. It is equipped with pots / pans and plates / utensils. Working air conditioner is exceptional on those hot days and a warm heater for those cold nights.What's includedIncluded is Cookware, plates, utensils and coffee maker. We also have a stabilizer for smoother pulling.
Linens are provided, however, blankets are not.
Refrigerator will run on electric or propane. Two extra large propane tanks are available. There is a $50 deposit fee for propane. If you bring the propane back full, you will get a full refund, otherwise it will be refund based upon usage at the nearest 1/4 increments. Other things to noteA 250 / 2500 truck is recommended but can be pulled by a 150 / 1500.
NON-SMOKERS only. Pets are welcome with a Pet fee.

We highly recommend this family friendly camper. We camped 4 nights around Gatlinburg and loved it. There was ample room for a family of 4, and it was pet friendly. The bunkbeds were a huge hit as each kid had their own space to chill after a day of play. The outdoor kitchen was an extra bonus as the weather was perfect for outdoor cooking. Finally, Jill was an absolutely amazing host!!! She was informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond with answers to our questions and concerns. We would definitely rent this camper again.

We just spend 10 days in this awesome camper, it has a lot of room and we enjoyed a lot, we cooked inside every day and the air conditioner was perfect to keep the RV with perfect temperature. The oven was great, the outdoor kitchen was a big plus, we was very happy. The kids love the bump beds and we watched movies every single night. The camper had everything we needed for cooking, sheets, and even extension cord. And to finish Jill was an incredible host, very friendly, and fast responding for any questions or concerns.

I have an office in my home so I am here mostly all the time. Pickup and delivery can be arranged at the renters convenience.
