Sleeps 4 comfortable with a Queen Bed and foldout full size soda bed with air mattress. An additional drop down dinette that could sleep 2 smaller children if needed. All linens can be added if needed. I will drop off, set up and pick up within 50 miles. What's includedFully outfitted for 4 people, sheets, towels, dishes, cups, mugs, utensils, tabletop grill, chairs, everything you'll need. RecommendationsHave fun! Enjoy the outdoors.
