Mark cancelled because he claimed that the RV was not going to be available due to some complaint from current renter. Mark suggested as an upgrade to take a smaller trailer van creating a burden to my trip. Mark is a business man who owns several trailers but would prefer to inconvenience you that of himself ...." food for thought"

I was hesitant to book with Mark because of some negative reviews on his other rental, but once I started communicating with him I instantly felt more comfortable. Everything went very smoothly with the booking and I had a great experience. Mark was extremely communicative, very helpful, and answered all of my (many) questions. He had the camper ready for me to pick up and gave thorough directions. He even took a few minutes to show me the Airstream he also rents on Outdoorsy. I don’t have any complaints about our booking. I would only suggest a more comfortable bed/bedding in the camper, but it’s just a suggestion. We had an amazing weekend at Fort DeSoto and I would definitely book from Mark again!
