Class-C RV is in immaculate, brand new condition. It's small enough to drive and maneuver easily, using rear and side mirror cameras, but has 2 slide-outs, so when you're stopped ,you can spread out comfortably. I am a 55-year-old woman who has traveled far and wide in it for months at a time, with only my co-pilot, Sally (my precious Australian Sheppard, who now waits for me on the other side... :(::::: ) Unlike others who rent their RVs, (or homes on Airbnb for eg.) I have NO hidden fees (It Really irks me to be deceived by a great listing price on the cover, but then be nickeled and dimed for every little thing once you dig a little) I also have tons of "add-ons" for which I do not charge extra. All I ask is this: 1) If it doesn't come back the way you got it (clean), you pay the cleaning fees, which may seem high at $100/exterior and $150/interior, but since I am physically unable to, I must hire someone *last minute* to do them. And 2) If you break or lose something, you pay the cost to replace it, (which I will do and provide a receipt) plus a Pita fee (Pain IN THE ASS!) of $20, which I believe is reasonable and fair considering I need to go out, find, and buy a replacement before my next rental (which is often the next day)
It's fully equipped with everything you'll need to operate and manage a household (see below) There's a Super comfy Queen "Sleep Number" bed and a double bed for 2 people when you put down the dining room table. It has a generator, a large (on demand hot) water tank, batteries and propane to operate the systems/appliances, solar panels to invert power* to electric outlets inside, and a fully functional bathroom and kitchen, so you can easily stop anywhere and go 'off grid'. I wouldn't recommend planning your whole trip this way, but if you're driving along and see a fantastic spot to stop for the day, you are fully equipped to do so.
*The inverter only provides minimal power to select outlets, designed for smaller things like charging your cell phone. If you want to use the microwave or air conditioner, you'll need to start the generator, but you don't want to rely on it for extended periods - it runs on the truck engine's gas and with these gas prices, you'll want to keep it in check! This is why I put a cap on it (2 free hours per day, but $10/hr after that) ~ not to make more money from you, but so you don't run out of gas!! (Actually, there's a safety mechanism that makes the generator shut off before the truck tank is empty, but still, with these gas prices, you'll want to keep it in check! Anyway, I hope you take the plunge!! Check out my calendar and book your RV experience today!

What's includedEverything you'll need to cook and clean is provided at no extra charge. Even tinfoil, Ziploc bags, dish soap, SOS pads, Windex, broom, dust pan, rugs, tea towels, oven mitts, all utensils, pots/pans/kettle/coffee maker, toaster oven, hand mixer, Ninja Blender...(did someone say Margaritas??!!) I used to provide a bike rack but it died -but there's a trailer hitch, so if you have one, you're welcome to use it. The use of the awning** and 2 large dust mats under it, lawn chairs, a propane BBQ, clothes drying rack, hamper, hose, etc.
*I provide the special RV toilet paper and toilet treatment*
** As long as you sign a waiver stating that if you use it and it gets damaged, you'll likely have to pay out of pocket to have it fixed because insurance companies don't like paying out for awning damage or replacement.
I have found that people prefer to bring their own bed linens and towels, (hand, beach, shower) so I don’t provide them any longer.
You will need to bring:
Propane for BBQ - small green canisters
Bed linens/pillows for a Queen bed and a double bed (and 2nd Queen bed if you're using the tent and blow up mattress outside)
Towels - hand, shower, beach
Toiletries - with sun block, mosquito repellent
Food/drinks
clothes/rain gear

- passengers are seated and belted, unless it's necessary that they stand and move around
Always use a spotter when parking
Always do a walk around check before driving to make sure:
