Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. Late fee's will be charged at $100.00 per hour. Our cancellation policy: 50% refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, no refund within 30 days of rental. No exceptions. If your towing or driving an rv then you must dump/empty the septic before return. We will do a septic and tank flush on return. A 30 minute disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fee's apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount you will be charged $0.39 per mile. All drivable rv with onboard generator overages are $5.50 per hour. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid drivers license. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation. It was a nice RV but just not enough room for us l had to sleep on the pull out couch which was uncomfortable for me where the sofa divided hurt my back and the other room l was able get in there so that why l slept on 🛋 the RV just wasn't big enough for me and my family it for a very small family it was 4 of us but til wasn't roomy

It was an amazing experience. I love that they deliver and pick up!! Especially for someone that doesn’t have the vehicle to pull a camper right now !! And they made it super easy !!! And everyone answered all the questions we had !!!! Highly recommend!!!

Tammy was fabulous. She brought the Travel Trailer, set it up, explained everything very well. Then when our stay was over, she came back, inspected it, shut it down and towed it away. We had a wonderful vacation renting from Tammy.
