Includes propane refill, restocking of toilet paper, septic tabs, dumping of all tanks, flushing out black tank, exterior wash (if needed) and disinfectant cleaning of interior up to 30 mins ONLY. Extra fee applies at $1 per minute of cleaning. The unit must return in the condition it was picked up or additional cleaning fees may apply.
Do you want to be done with your trip, lock the door and walk away?? Then this package is for you! Its our "sanitation and prep package" with even MORE benefits to you! We will empty all the black and grey tanks, refill propane, restock paper goods and chemicals include up to 2 hours of cleaning and sanitization as well as the exterior wash! No need to even remove your trash or sweep the floors....we will handle it! ** Gas tank for an RV does need to be returned full. ** This offer excludes any damages. Damages inside or outside of the RV/trailer will be handled per rental agreement.
$55 Penn State Game Fee: Required for any units going to Penn State Games! Allows for early pickup of unit on the Friday before the game, flexible return time, and 1 hour of cleaning.
Motorhome rentals. We do not have access to water on our property, but we can have the fresh water tank filled not too far away at your request. You may also fill fresh water on your own at same location for no additional fee.

Outstanding, this was my first time renting an RV, it certainly will not be my last. Jennifer was great with my last minute booking request - and Tammy (RV Owner) went out of her way to pull the unit and get it ready for me to pick up on the same day the reservation was made!
