My girlfriend and I flew into Las Vegas and rented this awesome setup. It worked perfectly and was very economic on fuel! John was super helpful and communicated rapidly and effectively. The entire experience couldn’t have been any easier/ better. Thanks again for providing such a great setup!

Q.What are pickup and drop off times?
A.
Pickup is strictly 3pm or later. Drop off is 11am or earlier. Please add the early pickup/dropoff option to add up to 4 hours to your pickup and/or dropoff time.
Q.Do you offer delivery?
A.
Typically, no. But everything has its price and I'm not an exception. For $300, I will arrange to have the van ready at passenger pickup at the time of your arrival.
Q.How do I avoid extra fees?
A.
Sweep the interior, turn off all electronics, close all curtains, return the water jug full, leave the linens and towels on in the provided duffel on the floor, wipe down all surfaces, and empty the fridge. Empty ALL trash; I don't want your food nor your firewood. They aren't gifts, they're trash. Get rid of it. Fill the gas tank; you'll get a full tank of gas upon departure, so return it full in kind, otherwise you'll be charged 2x the cost of refilling.
Q.How do I pick up the van?
A.
I'm a 15 minute, $15-$25 uber ride from the airport. Someone will be at the provided address to give you the keys in person, and otherwise, there will be a lockbox with your keys in the box.
