Truly enjoyed working with Juan. He was consistently responsive and thorough in everything. This was my first time renting and he laid out all the details in advance of what was available with the trailer, the set up/pick up process and how to manage everything. It seemed a little overwhelming considering I had never rented a trailer before, but Juan was patient and detailed. We had one day where we lost air but he was quick to get back to me, address the matter and followed up to ensure we were good. The trailer was perfect for me and my daughter. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Thanks for ensuring our holiday was memorable!

Juan was very helpful explaining everything to us. His trailer is perfect and stocked with everything you need. Also the two AC’s in this trailer kept us cool & comfortable in the heat. He was on time delivering, and also picking it up. We would definitely rent from him again.

I had never rented a trailer from anyone before, so I was super hesitant to blindly choose from a generated list. However, from the initial contact to the end of my trip, Juan helped make this experience memorable. He got back to me quickly and answered my many questions. The trailer was delivered and picked up on time. Upon delivery, it was clean and met all my expectations. It was clear that he and his family take great pride in their trailer. As a matter of fact, my friends rented trailers through someone else, and they were jealous of my set up! I will definitely book Parra Glampers again!
