We enjoyed our trip but this van shows signs of use that caused a few frustrations in our trip and were not described in the listing or disclosed before the trip. When we picked it up there were 2 windows with blue painters tape on them saying not to open them and parts pending. Our first night it rained pretty heavy. I woke up in the middle of the night with the driver side bed wet and the blankets soaked. At first I thought it might be condensation but then realized the window with the blue tape next to the bed had leaked allowing water to soak the bed even with the insulation in and the shade up. Not a great first night and we had to dry out everything. The other window on the sliding door also leaked that night. Another issue was with some of the latches in particular the bathroom. When we picked up the van the sink was down and would not latch. We could not even see the piece that it would latch to. This made using the toilet difficult as the sink is on top of it and we could not find an easy way to secure the sink. Another drawer in the bathroom never fully latches and frequently opened while driving. Other compartments throughout the van had similar issues. Another frustration was the lack of storage as mentioned in another review. There were only 2 empty cabinets all others had stuff in them. While it is nice to have everything included we did not need all the supplies provided like the air fryer and toaster that took up most of the closet space. We only had 2 carry on size backpacks and there was no where to store the bags for the trip. We knew space was limited, packed accordingly, but still had to be stepping over our stuff the entire trip. Had we known about these issues we would have selected a different campervan. Besides these issues the van drove nicely and I liked the tech features. The battery held up the entire time with no need to plug in to charge. The instrument panels were helpful. It did take time finding all the features of the van like the swivel seats as the handles are not obvious as they just look like the corners of the chair. My rating would be closer to a 3.5 but half stars are not allowed. Communication was good, it was decently clean, but as said the issues were not disclosed prior to the trip and having rain get in on night 1 stuck with us.

It was great being able to stay on the road and not worry about hotels and where to sleep next. Plenty of room inside, easy to drive and no problems parking or turning. Also good gas mileage.

Our trip to explore the National Parks was incredible, and this van was a key component! Very comfortable for 2 people, the van was clean, ran well, Nick’s videos were extremely helpful, and Nick was quick to answer any questions we had along the way!

Perfect RV and Great Experience! This RV is comfortable, super easy to drive and park at the campsite and any other place you may need to go during your trip. Nick was super responsive from the reservation beginning and all throughout the entire process. The pick up and drop off was very convenient too. The beds were super comfortable appointed with nice linens and cozy blankets to keep warm. Everything worked perfectly and we had the best time visiting Moab, UT. The only teeny tiny recommendation for Nick would be to empty out the interior cabinets of previous foods (sundries) since the cabinet space is limited in general. Overall, a great rental and I highly recommend renting this RV if you're considering it. Thanks Nick, we had the best time and it was a very memorable holiday for my husband and me.

I highly recommend Nick and his van Roxy! This was our first RV experience of any kind. Nick was super helpful in addressing all of our questions throughout the entire process from prior to making the reservation, through the entire trip. He always responded quickly.

We really enjoyed our trip to Death Valley and Joshua Tree National Parks with this camper van. It is very well equipped and easy and safe to drive. Nick replied all our questions very fast. I would 100% recommend it to a friend and would rent it again

We had a 4-day trip booked with Roxxy and drove up to Death Valley NP, which was fantastic. Pick-up and drop off was straightforward with good instructions from Nick. Very easy to drive and live in with all the amenities you could need. The nights were cold in the park but the RV was warm and cozy. Since our trip was fairly short we chose the pump-out option for the black/grey tanks, and had no issues with tank capacity over the 4-days. We did fill up the fresh water tank a few times at the campground. For two people the frying pan and pot was a little small, but we made do and everything else was well stocked (cutlery, plates, etc). We missed having a grill for outdoor cooking. Would love to rent Roxxy again and are already planning some trips next year!

This van is everything you need and more. If we weren’t so sold on buying our own camper van now we would rent from Nick and Cody again and again! Drives easy and the technology makes being off grid super comfortable. When it was cold we were able to warm up in the van thanks to the propane, and when it was hot we were able to cool down thanks to the AC! Nick and Cody being so kind and responsive was the icing on the cake!

Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. Van was well eqiupped with quality items from kitchen gadgets to camp chairs. Linens were nice. We had 15 days with a some reserved campsites that included hookups, most stays were off-grid. Van performance was exceptional.

Our bucket list trip visiting Utah’s Mighty 5 National Parks with this camper van was perfect! The van was even better in person than in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 6 day roadtrip. Nick was wonderful to work with, there were no surprises and communication was great. I will be recommending renting this camper van from Nick to my friends!

Probably one of the best trips I’ve ever taken! Nick was so easy to work with, and this Campervan is absolutely amazing. We saw the Mighty Five National Parks in southern Utah, and added stops along the way. Bryce Canyon and Zion were our favorites, but the entire area is just amazing. And in this Campervan, we could tour everything without needing reservations and a schedule. It was easy to drive and had everything we needed! We would do this again in a minute!

My boyfriend and I had an incredible time going to Zion and Bryce Canyon in "Roxanne.” We kept saying “he didn’t forget a thing” in reference to Nick, our host supplying necessary items (lighter for a campfire, towels, outdoors chairs, cell phone signal booster, sunscreen). The cell phone booster was so helpful! Also the retractable awning was really nice!! Nick was hospitable and easily answered all of our questions quickly. We would definitely rent from him again. The rental was in excellent condition and decorated nicely for autumn. His “how to” videos of outside and inside the rental were very helpful to us as we are not seasoned RV travelers. One thing to note: it is 100 miles per day (in the about section it lists it as 150 and in the rules/policies it lists 125, but it’s 100. However, when booking, it makes it clear it’s 100 per day).

At the time of booking, the miles per day was 100 and I have since changed that, however, in an oversight, it was not corrected in the actual listing and Mileage Charges section, which it is now. My wife and I recently returned from a two week trip to Sedona, and the Grand Canyon area using Nick's van. It was a tremendous experience. Nick was very accommodating and gracious. He provided a wonderful goody basket of snacks for our hikes at the start of our trip, loaned us a large water container for drinking water on our "off-the-grid" days, and was very responsive/supportive before, during and after our trip. The van is well equipped and easy to understand. Nick's "how-to" videos were very very helpful for those times where we needed a reminder... like when emptying the grey/black water tanks. During our trip we stayed at mix of camp grounds and "off-the grid" sites. At 21' long, the van maneuvered easily and fit equally well in camp sites, parking lots, etc. We flew in to Las Vegas, took a 15 minute Uber ride to Nick's house, reviewed the van w Nick, and within an hour, we were on our way. The return was equally as smooth. Nick agreed to meet us early so we could make an early departing flight to the East coast. We strongly recommend working with Nick. He's top-shelf in every way.
