This was the first time that we’ve ever went camping or rented an RV. Keith and Lucy (his amazing adorable dog) were very very very very thorough with us which is exactly what we needed and put our nerves at ease. He was available for phone calls or texts if there were any questions while camping which was also comforting. Camper came with basic necessities such as forks, spoons, pots, coffee maker, microwave etc. There is also ample storage for you to bring all that is needed as well. My husband, children and I will certainly rent from Keith again as it was truly a delight!!

Keith is awesome! I have now rented trailers three different times from various people and this was by far the best experience. The trailer was in excellent condition and everything worked as advertised. I will definitely be using Keith again!

The ad was very clear. The price was right and the customer service was amazing. I own a Jeep and can barely tow anything. I thought we were destined to only tow pop ups but then saw this camper. I had a ton of questions and Keith was very patient and informative. The day I showed up our puppies played in his yard while he gave me the run through on literally everything. I was a bit nervous as I’ve never rented a camper and he put me at ease and went over everything. I recently installed a brake controller and we were running behind and he even showed me how it worked! I would give him 6 stars if I could. The equipment was in great shape and towed very well in my wrangler!

We were so pleased with the camper we rented off of Keith. Our original plans for an camper got cancelled at the last minute. Keith allowed us to book with just a couple of days notice. It makes the trip so much better when the person you rented off of goes out of his way for you, in which Keith did! He is very friendly and made you feel as if you had known him forever. He helped us with getting our lights to work properly and thoroughly explained how everything worked inside and outside of the camper. The camper was very clean and had everything you may need on a trip. Our trip was complete with this rental, and we enjoyed every second of it. Thank you so much for everything!!

Absolutely wonderful. Keith was incredible and was extremely helpful to us both pre and post rental. This was our first experience camping and after returning, we will definitely be camping again and using Keith and his great company!

Keith was awesome to work with. His flexibility on the pick up and drop off times is very helpful. He explains things well and is available for questions. The camper was stocked with needed items (pots, pans, utensils, etc.). No fear of camping in the cold as the camper has a great heater! We found the battery to work well since we didn't have any electrical hookup on part of our trip. All went well and we would highly recommend Keith.

Renting with Keith was a breeze! Very responsive to questions/concerns. He spent as much time as I needed going over how to use everything in the camper since it was my first time. Keith was very flexible with the pickup/return time so that it fit my family’s schedule. The question is not ‘IF’ I will rent from Keith again, it’s ‘WHEN’!!!

Richmond RV Rentals and Keith were incredibly easy to work with. We got the exact right size camper delivered to our site. It was clean and set up with all essentials. Keith gave us a quick run down and was available for any questions with great response times. This is definitely our go-to place for getting a camper for family camping trips. And the price (including drop off and pick up cannot be beat!)

We had a great trip in the 2018 Clipper Cadet. It was perfect for our week long trip with 2 adults and 2 young kids. At our pickup time, Keith had it clean and ready to tow. It was our first RV experience and Keith couldn't have been more helpful. We received a thorough tutorial before takeoff. And I swear he responds to your messages before you can even hit send. Super helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Best possible experience for first timers like us. Thanks again!

Awesome experience, Keith was great he manages the RVs himself and the one we rented looked brand new.
He showed us how to use all the different components- gas, electric/water hookups, etc..
He helped us get set up and on the road quickly. He responded quickly to our calls/texts right to his personal cell which made planning our trip a breeze.
Would rent from him again in a heartbeat. You can tell he is passionate about RVing and excited to share that with others.
He even loaned me a trailer hitch because mine was the wrong size.
