As neophyte RVers our preliminary walk about left us short on knowledge, not sure anything could be done to rectify our lack of entry level knowledge. We were most pleased with the adjudication for the lack of heat for our initial nights, only wish the tech had been able to call us on Saturday.

My experience with ACE RV rentals was excellent from start to finish. The communication and service went way above expectations. The RV was clean and in great condition, and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient as they taught me all I needed to know as a first-time RV renter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and look forward to renting with them again!

Friendly staff; easy no fuss pickup and dropoff. Close to Dulles if you want to fly in. We're local so we packed all our own kitchen gear and linens but they have that stuff available for a little extra. The online reservation page is a little confusing - there are some free miles included to take into account before purchasing prepaid miles. And a generator rental would only be necessary for like a travel trailer. It was included with the class A I rented, and that wasn't very clear from the rental page. There were a few free hours per day of generator usage included with the rental too. The class A I reserved had a 50 amp plug, but came with a 50 amp to 30 amp converter if your campsite only provides up to 30 amps. Just be cautious how much load you put on the electric hookup and you won't trip the breaker. 30 amps was enough to run both air conditioners and a piece of medical equipment for mom. I didn't use the microwave much, but you might need to shut off one of the air conditioners to run the microwave if you aren't on a full 50 amp hookup. I could also put the motorhome on my personal auto insurance - you'll need to ask for a copy of the registration to send to your agent, and request a certificate of insurance ("COI") back from your agent to give to Ace. But they're very helpful and will answer all of your questions. Will definitely want to rent from them again for future camping trips!
