Okay now is part for the serious stuff....Rules of the RV:
***Only RV toilet paper***(provided) to be flushed down the commode. All feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc. need to be thrown in the trash bags provided.
Pick up time as Early as 6:30am, or earlier if flying in to SLC.
Drop Off time before 8pm. Or if running late, just please keep me in the loop and let me know. No extra fee applied, I'm super flexible and want your vacation to be as stress free as possible
No out of state festivals, No exceptions. (Unless you put down a giant deposit)
In state festivals, please ask prior to booking for approval.
**Towing of any kind is not allowed due to the factory installed location of the generator, it's mounted under the rear of the vehicle and when backing in a boat into the water, it would fully submerge it causing a total loss. Do not cross any streams or flooded roadways, this will cause damage to the Genset.
Some dirt roads allowed, Please only drive on grated maintained service roads or camp ground roads. Please let me know ahead of time of your travel plans so I know where the RV is going. If taking it more the 400 miles away from Salt Lake County, please ask prior to booking.
NO 4x4 trails or off road trails permitted. This poses a risk to the holding tanks on the bottom of the van, which goes for any RV and of course always have to be mindful of clearance.
Cleaning products provided to help keep it clean on the daily.
Before returning please sweep up the floor, fill up gas tank, black/gray are to be emptied, pull the bottom lever first which is the black tank, then once that has drained push to shut and pull the top lever to empty the grey which flushes the line. For proper draining the black and grey tank should read out 2/3s full to properly drain. I will of course go all over this when RV is picked up. If that seems too much and you do not want to bother with that, I can dump the tanks for you, see add ons for pricing and included that when checking out.
Any used linens placed on a pile on the bed/back bench, any used towels placed in a pile next to the shower drain. All trash thrown out, and used dishes cleaned and put away. Thank you!
A one time $75 cleaning fee is required.
Only thing that doesn't need to be attended to is filling up the LPG (propane) tank, or to worry about the fresh water tank level. It's best to empty the tanks when traveling long distances back to Salt Lake, saves on weight and you will get better MPG.
If I you have any questions, feel free to hit me up any time.
