Good communication however the camper was not in acceptable condition. I actually had them pick it up same day as drop off (rented for 3 days). Here’s why: there were exposed wires along the ceiling, toilet seat was dirty and had hair on it, futon was covered in crumbs and hair, dirt buildup near bed, empty soap bottles in bathroom and I had to put table together. Like I said, they were great to communicate with but the camper condition was not acceptable.
