Great trip! The video’s were very helpful when we weren’t sure we remembered how to do something. We referenced them several times during our trip. We had everything we needed!

Overall a very great experience. We were initially disappointed that the delivery option is based entirely on the owner's schedule. However, Kyle was willing to work with us and allowed us to come pick it up earlier in the day. I'm not sure if we will actually be refunded for the delivery fee, apparently Kyle had no control over that. I only gave three stars on Mechanical because the ride is occasionally rough at highway speed, I'm not sure if it needs new cv joints or an alignment or what but expect to keep it less than 65mph or things get kind of shaky. Incidentally, you'll get better fuel economy at those speeds so I guess it all works out. Those are minor things that I wanted to mention about an overall great vehicle that we nicknamed Holi, the Holi-day Rambler!

This was to be my first booking with outdoorsy. My children and I planned a trip through the west up north into the mountains and back to Oklahoma. The owner of the RV was not comfortable from the get go due to the amount of days and miles I would be renting the RV. As is his prerogative, sure. But he is the one who has his RV listed on a rental site and there are extra monetary fees for excess mileage. Meanwhile, outdoorsy took no time removing the money from my account when I booked the reservation but can’t put it back for up to 5 business days. That was our vacation money. Now we have to wait. I won’t be utilizing this platform anymore. And if the owner of an RV doesn’t want miles put on his RV he should state so in the description and I would have passed right over his offer.
