We had a lot of issues from the AC not working properly to the RV randomly either cutting off while driving or not starting . If we didn't have other people following us we would have been stranded. Zia was trying his best to help out what he could over the phone, but it wasn't much he could do.

There were some blemishes that were not shown in the picture. The inside seems more dated than the pictures and video. The stairs were not working and it was not easy to get in and out of the rv even with the make shift stepper they had. This was not communicated to us in advance. We would not have chosen this rv had we known we would not easily be able to get in and out the rv. You couldn’t carry anything in your hands getting in and out of the rv. The AC unit didn’t work and when we reset the breaker per the instructions it went on and off. We weren’t using anything else except the fridge. The storage area had a broken mirror stored so we couldn’t use it either.

What a wonderful experience! Zia is amazing! The RV was wonderful. We had such a blast and mostly because Zia delivered it to our campsite and showed us everything about the camper we needed to know for a fantastic weekend! We will rent this RV again!! What a wonderful experience! Thank you Zia!
