JoVanna is the best! We rented her class motor home at the last minute, she was accommodating and had her Rv ready to go the following day. Her whole rental process was easy and convenient, I will definitely rent from her again, thank you for helping us make our trip with family and friends.

To whom it may concern: My experience with the Sun Voyager was horrible. This RV wasn't suitable for rent. For starters the automatic leveling jacks didn't work and the small mobile jacks didn't work on a contoured surface. Second, the hot water was not accessible if we wanted to take a hot shower. The preferred canopy didn't work. Unfortunately I didn't investigate this vehicle better, but we were never given a good opportunity to check everything better than a quickie right before we left. The entertainment/media available wasn't user friendly and wiring was everywhere. I was shocked at the poor quality pull out sofa bed. Thin wires and thin plastic was all that supported your body. First night had to sleep at an angle for minimal support. When traveling home at night we noticed very poor quality headlamps. Hardly illuminated the road. Very dangerous when operating a large vehicle. And to top it off, we had rodent infestation in the RV. All of us saw the rodents, morning,afternoon and especially at night. A friend of mine helped me catch one rodent and discard very far away. While sleeping, rodents were running around on the kitchen dinette, the kitchen counter, and running on the sofa cushions over my head until I got up from this issue. So, as a result of this, I will submit a Dispute Complaint Claim with my credit card for a number depending upon if all of my security deposit has been returned. I have high resolution photos of the rotted corroded, damaged seals creating huge gaps under the Galley Extender, holes were very large. This RV needs to be parked until repaired so no one else goes through the misery I did. I will definitely share my experiences on social media platforms. That is my Surf City RV experience...

1)Jacks
Mr Coulson was advised that the leveling system control board began malfunctioning on the day prior to his departure and a new part had to be ordered. He was provided with Lynx Levelers which are a widely used and acceptable alternative.The original TV has been replaced with a “Smart TV” and an inverter was installed so that the TV may be powered by the 12V batteries. The dvd player is in a separate location so there is an extension cable that will allow the DVD player to be plugged into the inverter when there is no power source. Without this convenience item (inverter) the only way to use the TV/DVD player is by shore power or generator power.9) Damaged Seals
This is a 2006 model year RV and as such there is normal wear and tear, but nothing that I haven't already repaired that has affected the use and enjoyment of the RV. I maintain all of my RVs very well and when there is something broken I repair or replace it. My rental rates have been lowered consistently over the past few years with consideration of age and normal wear and tear and that's why they are so affordable for those who don't want to spend a fortune to rent a newer RV.Additionally, Mr Coulson neglected to mention to me that someone forcefully turned the key in the entry door lock, damaging the cylinder, and the key was broken off inside the cylinder. My daughter had to lock the door from inside and climb out the driver side window. I had to replace the entry door lock the following day. There are also heavy stains in the new carpet in three areas that require professional cleaning and may not come out.

We had a great experience working with JoVanna. She was super flexible with us about pick up/drop off and easy to get a hold of. The RV we rented was very nice and clean. Our two daughters had the best time riding and hanging out in the RV at the campsite. Highly recommend!

Our best -- OK, our first -- family RV experience ever! Thanks to JoVonna and the beautiful rig, we will want to repeat it over and over again! She is a kind and knowledgeable person who was happy to patiently explain EVERYTHING to us. The RV, which we nicknamed Betsy Sunshine, ran perfectly, and we were amazed by the space to stretch out when the walls "puffed out" like Dizzy Gillespie's cheeks...We camped, luxuriously, on the coast...Thank you so much JoVonna!

JoVonna was beyond awesome! Not only did the RV provide a super nice and comfortable way to get to the last Jimmy Buffett show in Irvine Meadows, but JoVonna even agreed (for an extra charge) to chauffeur us there and back so we didn't have to have a designated driver (particularly important at a Buffett show). We had 4 couples in from out of town (10 folks in total) and everyone is still talking about what a great way it was to attend the show. We had some local friends drop by and they couldn't believe what a great idea it was. To top it off, we even got to watch the first half of LSU's victory over Ole Miss on DirecTV All in all, I would highly recommend working with JoVonna. We're looking forward to the next time we can!

Outdoorsy is super-easy to work with and they refunded my security deposit almost immediately. Going through Outdoorsy and private owner, instead of one of those large rental outfits, I was able to rent a larger and nicer coach. JoVanna, the actual owner of the RV I rented was FANTASTIC! The RV had every amenity I could possible want, was immaculately clean, and she went WAY above and beyond to accommodate our needs! I would recommend these folks without any qualms and will certainly rent from them again should the need arise.

This RV is not only spacious, but the dining area with the wall of windows allowed our 90 year old mother to feel involved in what was going on in the campground family reunion even when she physically couldn't be involved! The queen bed is VERY comfortable, and the galley is well supplied. JoVonna (Gulf Stream owner) is very accommodating and her care for the RV & renters is amazing! We enjoyed a wonderful trip for two weeks, and will definitely give it a try again in the future!
