Welcome to Fireside. Rental. We have a great team that monitors and replies to any questions you have before, during and after making your reservation! We operate as a full-service RV rental management company with nearly 40 locations nationwide! All of our campers are privately owned. We even deliver and set up at the destination of your choice and walk thru the camper with you to make sure you're all set for fun.

Rules and policies

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. Travel Trailers are 7.50/ mile, 5th wheels and Driveables are 8.50/mile based on the cost of Diesel at the time of delivery. If fuel prices are down we will adjust accordingly.
Talladega is set at 750.00 for trailers, 850.00 for driveables and 5th wheels.
Bonnaroo is Set at 575.00 for trailers, 650.00 for driveables and 5th wheelsand large Travel Trailers
Rock The South is set at 575.00 for trailers and 650 for 5th wheels and driveables
Minimum delivery, setup, and teardown within 30 miles is 300 for trailers, 350 for driveables, and 5th wheels
