Jake was an excellent representative of what a company would want in an employee. Truly, professional and courteous throughout the entire process from start to finish. I would recommend Jake and Bankston RV to anyone interested in RV sales or rental.

Bankston Motor Homes has been a blessing! We rented an RV to go and pick up 3 boys who all had surgery at the same time in Florida. This was the best option to get them home as they could not put any weight on their legs! Mr. Bankston heard our situation and covered the whole trip for us! What an amazing man and company! As well as the man showing us the camper, did a fantastic job getting us ready to hit the road! 5 stars all the way around! Would Highly Recommend!

RV was clean and in great shape...essentially brand new. Their personnel was friendly and very helpful. For someone who has never used an RV, renting one from Bankston would be a great way to get acquainted with RV camping. It drove well, and had a lot of outside storage. The only thing I could think of that would make this RV better would be to install an outside light above the door. I would definitely recommend Bankston for RV rental. It was so convenient that they are local to Huntsville.

Excellent overall experience! As a first time renter, the overview given on the day of pickup was friendly and thorough, while not being overwhelming. The vehicle was clean and in great working condition. I would definitely recommend it to others and would do it again. And thank you for taking precautionary measures against COVID-19.
