2021 Dutchmen Aspen Trail
We bought this trailer to spend more family time together but also want to rent it out for people to enjoy their adventures and create memories together. It’s not too big and not too small. Perfect travel trailer for even a Full-size SUV to pull. :).Sleeps up to 5 or 6 people. Has bunk beds, Queen bed, and dinette table that seats 4 people and turns into a bed that sleeps either 2 tiny humans or medium sized adult. Don't put your lumberjack here, they will hate you. :)There is a TV, Blue-ray player, stereo, AC, and heater with all remote controls. *ALL runs off generator (rent if needed) or runs off of the hookups at a campsite. Fridge runs off of the RV batteries. Stove and water heater runs off the propane tank.
Storage space in interior/exterior. A lot of lighting in trailer. Our trailer is a 30 AMP and we have a 50 AMP adapter as well if needed.Pick up times: M-Fri at 3pm, Sat-Sun between 9am-11am (flexible)
Drop off times: M-Fri at 3pm, Sat-Sun 1pm.No pets allowed due to allergies.
What's includedClean fitted sheets and blankets for the bunk beds/queen bed. 4 Standard size pillows. Set of 3 mini cookware (6"), 9.5" frying pan, 8" skillet, utensils, silverware, lighter for stove, can opener, grater, strainer, pot holders, kitchen hand towel, instant coffee, powdered creamer/sugar, spices/oil. 2 coffee cups, 3 plastic drinking cups. 6 of each plastic plates/bowls. 4 of each clean bath towels/wash cloths, 2-hand towels. 4 Camping chairs.**Adjustable folding picnic table w/ 4 small seats if needed to rent and also a generator to rent if needed upon request.RecommendationsThere are alot of places to go dry camping or stay at campsites. Quite a few camping areas in the Uintas for example, Stillwater campground and Christmas Meadows (For Uintas, need a recreational pass). There is also Flaming Gorge, Yellowstone, Tetons. Other things to note*Please see Rules of the Road.

occurs on your trip, please be upfront about it so we can make the necessary fixes. Damage resulting from renter misuse, or the trailer not being cleaned, tanks not emptied (unless you added the dump tank fee to your booking) may result in a withheld security deposit and/or an extra fee which will be determined upon return.

No Smoking or drug use is allowed in trailer, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained . Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages.

Adrienne and her husband were so informative upon arrival! They gave us a quick run-through and sent us off in a perfectly clean and functional trailer. They went above and beyond with including additional amenities like towels, shampoo, conditioner, food seasonings, and many other things. 10/10 would recommend!
