The RV Park that feature pull-through sites, 30/50 amp and full hookup.The owners and staff are great people, friendly, warm, and welcoming. Campground overall was very well maintained. Grass and shrubbery all neatly cut. All the sites are gravel and level sites.Sites were gravel and all were level. This is a no frills RV Park but they do offer basic services that include Wi Fi, restrooms, swimming pool, and playground. Kamp Komfort is a nice spot to relax as enjoy this part of central Illinois, Bloomington is very close and you are not that far away from other central Illinois cities such as Champaign and Peoria. One of the best kept secrets of this part of Illinois is the Cajun Connection located Utica. The Cajun Connection features authentic Cajun cuisine in a intimate rural setting. Utica is about a 1 hour north of Bloomington.
Kamp Komfort Campground is an RV Park that is located in Carlock, Illinois about 15 minutes from Bloomington-Normal. They offer 30 and 50 amp sites with pull-thrus and full hookups, The Campground is about 7 miles from Interstate 55 and Interstate on the Interstate 74 exit. Bloomington-Normal is one of the major crossroads in Illinois. Champaign is only 1 hour east, Rockford is a couple hours north, and Peoria is about 1 hour west. If you have a taste for authentic Cajun food, the Cajun Connection in Utica Illinois is about 1 hour away right next to Starved Rock State Park. . Kamp Komfort is well maintained. The grass and shrubbery are neatly cut, and all the sites are gravels and level. The staff is warm and friendly. The Campground itself doesn?t have a lot to do, but you will finds many things to keep you busy and entertained around the area.
Miillpoint Campground & RV Park is located in East Peoria right on the Illinois River. It features a peaceful and serene environment with large, beautiful shade tree, spacious campsites, and gracious hosts. The large sites make it very easy for bigger RVs to maneuver without any difficulty. Recreation activities include walking trails, recreation room, gym/workout facilities, beach access, boat ramp, and marina. The Campsite is family friendly with a playground and pet area.The Campground offers pull-through sites, big rig access, tent camping, restrooms, showers, 30 amp/50 amp, water, sewer, and Wi-Fi. Mill Point RV Park is a great location to simply sit back, relax, and chill or to enjoy the natural beauty of Illinois River. This part of Illinois is scenic with lots to do.
