We are explorers and adventurers, finding unique experiences. We know that all that remains are the memories and stuff is just stuff. Our animals (rescues) are part of the family and we take them with us when we can. Our goals include an epic trip West to the National Parks and North to Alaska, but we are happy also exploring all the State parks in the heartland.
Great for families! Sleeps up to 5 in 2 separate bed/bunk rooms and up to 8 total. Large and airy with one slide out and all the amenities you like (and a many you will love, including the outdoor entertainment area and full outdoor kitchen). With two entrances - a private one for the full bathroom/master bedroom and one for the living area - you can enjoy adult time when the kids are safely asleep in the bunk room.
The camper is large, but pulls easy with a load-leveling hitch. Rental includes use of rear camper camera, weight-distributing hitch, mirror extenders and anti-sway attachment.
Please plan to return the camper in the same condition as delivered - all surfaces cleaned and floors swept. Brooms and vacuums are included.
Maximum occupancy inside the camper cannot exceed the number of beds/bunks (8). Pets are restricted in the camper and an extra fee for cleaning is required. Linens are not provided. Camper will be delivered with cooking equipment and some disposable plates/flatware. If you use provided supplies, please replace (clean all non-disposable cookware).
We also include a drip coffee maker and toaster.
Propane tanks will be filled for delivery and must be returned filled. If you do not want to fill/swap empty propane bottles, we can do it for you for $25 each.
The camper does not have a generator and we do not provide one.
If you use something, please either clean or replace it.
We will check the holding tanks before delivery and upon return. There will be a $50 per tank charge for gray or black water tanks not emptied.
If you have questions, please let us know!
Please return our "oasis" clean and in the same working order as you received it. We do not have a ladder, so please stay off the roof. Propane tanks will be full when you receive the camper, so if you empty one, please replace it. Use the hitch lock when not hooked to your tow vehicle. Camper has a camera and we'd prefer you use the monitor.
Wastewater holding tank not emptied on return
Additional cleaning for pets -NO CATS
tanks go out full - please return full

Dave did an amazing job preparing us and we had a wonderful weekend in the rig!!
We're happy you enjoyed our "little Oasis"! Please think of us for your next big adventure!
The camper was great and had everything we needed. Owner was awesome to work with and very attentive.
We enjoyed helping you with your adventure! Looking forward to next time!
We really enjoyed our trip to Turkey Run State Park. Dave was awesome to work with and the 36 foot camper we rented from him was everything we expected we loved the outdoor kitchen. We would definitely recommend renting from Dave.
Thank you so much, and thank you again for being such great renters. We were happy to help you and your pups have a great adventure in a fantastic Indiana State Park. Wishing you all many happy trails!
Dave and his wife were very helpful and prompt with communication. The kids loved the bunk room! We can’t wait to rent again!
Thanks Cali! It is great to work with folks like you. The camper looks great, undamaged and all the tanks were empty and ready to go on another adventure. We definitely recommend you and welcome you back next time!
After a difficult and damaging renter, we were considering not renting our camper anymore, but after working with you and helping you with your special guy's birthday, we see that the positives outweigh the negatives. We won't allow one bad experience to ruin it for those we can help have a great vacation experience.

I held off on this for a week or two to give a level headed review, but I'm still upset. The good - the trailer is nice and Dave is quick to respond, but if you rent this, beware...check it out VERY carefully before you take delivery or you may be stuck paying for the damages of the last person to rent it. When I picked it up, the black tank read full, but the owner said it was just a bad sensor. No, it was full and we had no toilet for 4 days. That really sucked. The owner missed that. And, there was a roll of residential tp on the spool...which I know is bad as a past rv owner. He missed that as well. Despite not being able to use the toilet, I tried to dump the tanks (yes, other peoples' poop) at the end of our trip...very little came out (maybe because the past renter used heavy duty residential tp, no?) Then, after dropping it off and telling him we had a great trip other than no toilet, he sent me pics of some serious damage to the dinette bed supports. My kids are 6'4 and 5'9...hence the reason we rented a bunkhouse. We never used the table as a bed, which is the only way this damage could occur. We didn't cause this damage and never saw it because the table was never lowered. We did break his remote control for the tiny tv in the trailer, and I made a point to order the exact same remote and paid for overnight shipping so it was at his house before our trip even ended...evidence that I own up to any damage I cause. So, he missed the black tank being full, the residential tp on the spool that clogged the black tank, and the moldy water in the ice maker (I cleaned it at the start of our trip and cleaned and dried it before we dropped it off), and then he took $300 of my security deposit to pay for damage to the dinette supports by the people who rented it before me. BTW, I have signed letters from 5 other people who we camped with attesting that the table was never down, yet Outdoorsy won't take them if it is internal damage...only if you have an accident. So beware...any damage caused by another renter can come back to haunt you if you aren't more careful than I was. I will check things out much more carefully next time before taking delivery, and I'd pick an owner who does a better job of checking out their rig between renters if I were you. Lessons learned. I'm ok with paying the $300 because I was lax in inspecting the rig, but I can't recommend this one because the owner missed a number of things from the previous renter.
