Excellent experience! It was out first time towing a trailer and Gabor and Felicia made it very easy! They walked us through everything, were extremely responsive to any questions/texts and made sure our trip was great!

We had some mishaps with our tow hitch installation and they were very patient and accommodating. They were also thorough in orienting us with our first towable camper experience. Q.Do I need an electric break controller.
A.
Yes, you need one. However, we will give you one included in your rental price.
We will set it up and train you how to use it.
Q.Do I need to bring my own towing gear?
A.
No!!
We will give you the towing gear as part of your rental. We will set it up and train you how to hook up and detach your trailer.
If your vehicle has no towing package (2-inch hitch receiver & 7-pin socket), just call your nearest U-Haul and they will install it for you.
Q.What do I need to tow your Airstream Travel Trailers?
A.
- 1, Make sure you can tow the trailer you want to rent. Check your Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR). You can find it in your car user manual determined by the vehicle manufacturer.
- 2 Calculate your GCWR, it can't exceed the recommended limit as it is dangerous and can damage your car.
- 3 You need to have a 2-inch hitch receiver & 7-pin socket installed on your vehicle. If your vehicle has no towing package, just call your nearest U-Haul and they will install it for you.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
At our family-owned business, we value our customer's needs and strive to accommodate your schedules. We will inquire about the most convenient pickup and drop-off times for you. Normal pick up is 3pm and drop off is at 11am with a 30-minute gracing period will be honored. Optimize your schedule by taking advantage of our late drop-off & early pick-up service which will remove your stress and grants you additional time for relaxation. The earliest pick up is 7am and the latest drop off is 6pm
