Eli was very courteous and accommodating to our needs. He stayed late to provide us the in-person orientation and it was much appreciated. Great van with all the essentials provided. Would recommend!

Our experience with Eli and Kim and their campervan was fantastic! They made the pick up and drop off process from Jackson Hole Airport very smooth and easy. The van is well-equipped and was even stocked with bear spray, sunscreen, a cast iron pan, and more! We took the van up through the Tetons and Yellowstone and it was smooth sailing the entire trip. We highly recommend booking with Eli and Kim for your next adventure.

Eli and Kim were wonderful to work with, the van was perfect for our trip to the Tetons and Yellowstone! It had everything we needed, they even provided, bear spray, sunscreen, and bug spray!

We had an amazing time exploring Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons in this van. Eli and Kim were friendly, welcoming and awesome from the get go. We ran into a few minor issues along the way and Eli was always available to help remediate.

The Serapis Sprinter was awesome! We rented it to camp out and ski up at Targhee and couldn't have been happier. The rig handled the road with ease and we were super warm and cozy all night with the built in diesel heater. The van had plenty space for 2 humans and 2 dogs with enough room to entertain 2 more friends comfortably. We also appreciated the blackout window covers for privacy / sleeping in! Highly recommend for Winter or Summer use!

I can't say enough how great my experience was with Eli and Kim's sprinter, they picked me up from the airport when I landed and took the time to make sure I knew every nook and cranny of the vehicle before I took off on my adventure. The sprinter was amazing, I would 100% book with them again!

We went on a girls trip to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone recently and had the best time using Eli and Kim's van! It's decked out with everything you need - including lots of functions we didn't use because of the short trip. The van was easy to drive and convenient in the different campgrounds - the bed was even comfortable! Eli and Kim were also very accommodating and made pick up and drop off super easy. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the Jackson Hole area who would rather not stay in hotels but who don't not want to pack camping gear. We're sad the trip is over!

We can’t recommend Bobby Vans enough! Eli and Kim thought of everything for this van and were incredibly communicative and helpful the whole way. We were two novice campers visiting the national parks in Wyoming for the first time and we had everything we could need in the van. It was easy to drive even though we’ve only ever driven a standard car before!

Get ready for a super Serapis Sprinter adventure! The Serapis Sprinter was everything and more than we expected. Eli and Kim were fantastic and a pleasure to meet. They were accommodating and quick to respond to all our pre-trip questions. (TY!) The van is thoughtfully equipped and supplied. There were a lot of items on my trip shopping list that were thankfully checked off during hand-off/walkthrough due to Eli and Kim's thoughtfulness/experience when outfitting/supplying the van. Lots of device charging USBs throughout made it easy to stay charged. The bed/bedding was comfy and the heater kept us warm on the cool (cold!) Sept evenings. We toured Grand Tetons/Yellowstone for a week and highly recommend the experience. Thank you, Eli and Kim!

Everything was just perfect! The van is great and equipped with everything one could need, Eli and Kim are extremely nice and accommodating, and the free airport pickup is super convenient. We highly recommend Serapis for your next trip!! Do not hesitate.

The van is a pleasure to drive and spend our vacation. It has the essentials and more. The heater is really nice and makes chilly mornings easy. Eli has put in a lot of thought in stocking up the van. We had everything we could possibly need. He was very responsive and helped us plan a last minute trip. I would book them in a blink again.

This van rental was such an amazing experience. I had the best time with my best friend camping at some national park sites. The van had everything we needed and was easy/wonderful to drive. 10/10 would rent again with Bobby Vans, highly recommend! Eli was such a hospitable van host, super quick to respond to any question I had. Nothing beats the open door can views driving through the parks! Thanks again!

If you want to do Yellowstone and the Grand Teton, the only way to do it
is with the Serapis. She scored 10 out of 10, and Eli is an awesome guy!.
She has all you need for a fun, easy, and simple trip. My wife and I
enjoyed every minute of our stay. We boondocked in the dispersed campsites
of the Grand Teton and made trips into the Yellowstone daily. Eli was kind
enough to start us off with snacks and drinks in the fridge. We flew in
from New Jersey and had to pinch ourselves every night as we couldn't
believe that we could be so comfortable in 30 deg weather at nights. The
detailed instructions made it a breeze for us outdoorsy folks. I will
return when my son grows up in a few years! Highly recommended!
