Gil was great but we had some issues with dumping waste water. I was not able to securely fasten the hose to the dump station and it caused a spill because the hose fitting was too big for the receptical. We had planned to be away for 2 weeks but had to cut our trip short due to illness. Gil was very understanding and offered a refund for the 2nd week. Outdoorsy advised that they would refund the 2nd week insurance coverage and return my security deposit, but it has been a week since we returned the RV with no refund of insurance or the $500 deposit. Other than that, the rig drove like a dream, handles very well and the beds were super comfortable. No complaints about the RV with the exception of the waste water hose and Gil explained there was an adapter (that I could not locate) that would have made it work at any dump station.

We had such a blast for our first trip in an RV! Gil was patient and explained everything perfectly! RV was clean and the bed was super comfy! Will definitely rent this RV from Gil again! Thank you!!

First-time RV-er’s...The RV was just what we needed, it was only my wife and me for the weekend. Gil gave me a tutorial when I came to pick it up, it was all pretty easy, and it was easier to drive than I expected. We hooked everything up at the campground and had no issues. Weather was cool so we never needed the A/C. Bed was comfy, refrigerator/freezer worked great, all the basics you would need for a week or weekend getaway were there. Our much more experienced friends were there and treated us to meals, so we never cooked anything, but the gas stove worked great and all the basic cooking necessities were there.

Very clean camper, well stocked with the essentials, easy to drive. Gil was very helpful. He worked with us to make our first time driving and setting up a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and hope to work with him again.

Gil was extremely easy to work with and was very helpful with regards to explaining everything that we needed to know considering this was our first RV trip. The thing that stood out the most was Gil's response time, any questions we had he would reply to our text messages immediately. He even reached out to make sure everything was good. Gil is definitely the ultimate host and would definitely rent from him again. We took Freddie (what we called the RV) up to South Georgia and it drove well and was in good condition. My only complaint would be the AC is a bit loud so it made it hard to relax and watch a movie with AC on due to positioning of the TV and the AC unit. We spent most of the time exploring the varies campgrounds we were at so it wasn't a major concern but definitely was noticeable. Gil provided everything we needed to ensure this trip was awesome and it was!!!

We had a wonderful weekend in Buckee (our RV for the trip)! Gil was an awesome host, and gave us a complete rundown when we picked up our weekend chariot. He was willing to answer questions, and made sure the rig was outfitted with everything we needed. (He even texted us ahead of pick up to make sure he included everything we expected/required.) Buckee drove like a champ, and was so comfortable for our group of 4 to get away and explore the North Georgia Mountains for 3 nights. We may be spoiled from tent camping forever!

Gil is one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with. He’s very kind. Took the time to give me a full walkthrough of the unit and made himself available at any time through the entire trip. The unit was spotless. Very comfortable and easy to maintain. You can tell Gil takes very good care of it. We had no issues during our trip. I would definitely recommend!

Mr.Whitlock was extremely accommodating and very helpful throughout the process. He gave us detailed walk through of the RV since it was our first time. RV was clean, fully loaded with everything you needed. Only complain was the radio and TV did not work but we enjoyed nature and had a great time with our family. Will definitely rent from him again.

Gil could not have been nicer, more accommodating or a better communicator. The RV was clean and in excellent condition. The only issue was we blew a fuse and the radio/CD player didn't work. But who listens to the radio when you have the sounds of mother nature? Overall excellent experience highly recommend!
