Joseph was excellent to work with. A wealth of knowledge on his RV and tips to have an enjoyable experience. We had a 1,000 mile round trip with stops at a few campgrounds and family gatherings and the RV handled the task. Even with a couple of hiccups like a flat tire, Joseph and Outdoorsy were attentive to ensure our trip was successful.

Joe was so responsive to my texts and phone calls. I have never been camping in an RV before and had my share of troubles with running things in the RV, but he was there each time to help me over the phone troubleshoot the issues and get it running right. Once I figured everything out the first day, it was smooth sailing for rest of weekend! RV drives nice and sleeps so comfortably, and it is nice with the AC running all night and a thermostat that allows you to control the temperature. It was just my 7 year old son and myself that went camping and we had so much fun and definitely will be doing this again!. Joe doesn't charge for or limit your generator usage like everyone else seems to do on here when I researched for myself. This is the BEST luxury as it is hot out there this time of year and having an AC running all the time really helps to make it nice. This vehicle is well maintained and cared for and Joe knows it inside and out.

I had planned our trip for 8 months. I searched around for an rv that was relatively new and decently priced. We re Ted it for the month of October to visit relatives from Ohio to Michigan to Virginia I addition to visiting many Civil War battlerounds. Once I packed it up with items for the trip, we took off. This was our first time driving a rental. Joseph was extremely good at responding to any questions I had both from the time I rented it and through the trip when needed. He always replied within 5-10 minutes.
Everything ran well with no problems.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting from Joseph if you are considering either a short or long trip.

Joe was easy to work with. He walked me through all the functions of the RV in about 20 minutes. It's easy to drive, side-view cameras turn on when you use the blinkers which helps a lot. plenty of kitchen stuff on board for cooking and eating, clean linens, and I liked the built-in stereo with remote. power hookup at the camp was easy, and the AC kept me nice and cool all weekend. gas milage was good with it being a diesel. it was a great trip!

Was a perfect 4 person family RV. We made some amazing memories. While we were on the road Joe was extremely communicative (when we didn't know how to do something) and messaged me back within a minute or so. Would really recommend.

We had such a great time. The RV is excellent and one of the better layouts with the single slide. The gas mileage of the Mercedes 3.0l diesel was far better than a big V8. Honestly one of our best trips ever. 2400 miles in ten days and 6 different camp sites.

RV seemed to be in good condition except that one of the two vehicle batteries ended up dying just prior to our 9 hour return drive home, causing the entire cabin to have a foul sulfuric acid smell (similar to the scent of a septic tank). Definitely made for an unpleasant experience for adults and children alike! Owner reduced our mileage fees by only $100. Definitely would not rent again.

To avoid this issue in the future the batteries were replaced with two new sealed gel marine batteries (Optima). The manufacture believes the batteries were discharged below acceptable level when the RV was parked and unattended (maybe something was left on), causing failure in one of the batteries cells. As the batteries charged during the drive back they emitted an odor. I once again apologize for the inconvenience, and the small discount, as this instance cost me $480 in new batteries.

We were looking for a safe way to travel and visit our 4 year olds granddaughter in Michigan. Being newbies at RVing Joseph Smith was very helpful. He answered all our questions and responded immediately. The vehicle was very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this rental.

This was our first RV experience and Joe was great. We rented his 24 foot Forester and it was perfect. The vehicle was in excellent shape and was very easy to operate. I had a question while we were on the road and Joe was right there with a quick reply. I would highly recommend the Adventure chaser for your RV adventure!

we had a great time on a family road trip to Lake Martin, Alabama. The RV was in spectacular shape for the rental, and Joseph spent plenty of time going through all of the systems and instructions. He was constantly available by text and phone as well if needed. It was reassuring to have him if needed but as things turned out, we had no problems driving whatsoever. what a fun way to do a trip and keep the whole family together! I recommend Joseph highly.

Joe took the time to provide us a contact less delivery. He gave his time and number if we had any problems. The Mercedes diesel ran flawlessly. And while the gas mileage wasn't great. It provided comfort and during a 2 day 20 hour drive. Even tho it's a 2018 it has a little bit of aging, but that is to be expected in the rental world. All amenities worked after a little novice understanding. Join Good Sam's club for great camp sites. But Joe's vehicle is a single slide out as advertised. It operated smoothly and it was clean. For a future buyer this rental served to convince us of the wants and needs for our own. He even allowed for our pets to join us. Highly recommend Joe's camper.

We were supposed to go fishing in Louisiana, Due to a hurricane hitting Louisiana we had to find a new location for our fishing vacation. So we relocated to the keys and Joseph constantly checking to make sure our vacation was a success. I will definitely rent from him again.

This was our 3rd attempt to find a really good RV. And as they say third time is the charm. Joe was great. Let us coed the road great. me and see the RV a few weeks before our trip. Pick up day 2as easy snx after a good review we were on the way. What was really nice was the whole drivers side of the RV slid out so it was really roomy. Good storage, and my family had a blast. We drove from Jacksonvillw Florida to Virginia Beach and the RV handled the road great. Setup at the campground was a breeze. I reccomend Jos to anyone and would rent from him again.

I rented the RV to travel up the east coast for two weeks in July and it was perfect for my family of three. The RV was clean upon pickup and was very easy to drive and had low miles. The slide out provided more than enough living and sleeping spaces. The air conditioner was great during the hot July days in the South. Joseph was very responsive and easy to deal with when going through the renting process. Would 100% recommend anyone to rent this RV.
