You make the decision to go on a RV vacation and the rest is up to us! To start with, our home is your home! It is our pleasure to share that home with you for a long weekend getaway, a 100 day adventure, and everything in between! The 2020 Coachman Freelander has some great features for larger groups, families, or those that would like more space. Comfortable beds are important. There is a queen bed in the back bedroom with the all important door to close off from the rest of the RV. There are bunk beds in the back hall that are great for sleeping, storage, and even extra seating with a table for meals, a home office, or school work! In the main area, there is a comfortable pull out couch that folds away in a few seconds. Then there is the dining table that converts into a bed with cushions. Last, but certainly not least is the “loft” bed that is my kids favorite! It is a huge King size bed that our kids use to sleep and play! Next people usually wonder what the kitchen is like! Like most campers, the kitchen is small, but we found it to be the perfect size for camping life! There is a double sink, a microwave, a 3 burner stove, oven, decent size fridge/freezer and most importantly a little island for prep space! Is BBQ’ing more your camping style, we have you covered as well! There is a BBQ available that uses propane right from the RV! While you are out there, how about watching that football game on the outdoor TV or a family movie night? We have you covered! When you are taking a break from outside, there are 2 TV's to enjoy, radio, and even some board games! RV bathrooms are far from glamorous, but it has a shower, sink and toilet. There is plenty of space for your toiletries and personal items. It is convenient for those late night bathroom runs, quick showers and if you are “boondocking” without campground hook-ups. We have everything you need for your camping adventure!

What's included

This is our "home away from home" and what is ours is yours!

Beds will have freshly washed mattress covers. We will have a bin of sheets, comforters, pillows, and towels at the walk through... you choose what you would like to use and what you would like to supply from home. From experience, most like to bring a little bit of home to the RV to ensure you are comfortable and have the pillow as firm or fluffy as you would like and kiddo's have their special blanket.

Kitchen is stocked with what our family had for our 100 day trip. There are pots and pans, crock pot, pasta strainer, can/bottle opener, small coffee pot, and cooking utensils. They are brought back to our house after each use, ran through the dishwasher and then stocked back in the RV ready to use. We have plates, utensils and cups for 6, but we find that most prefer to bring paper plates, plastic silverware, and solo cups to minimize meal clean up.

In storage outside the RV there is a small BBQ, BBQ utensils, picnic table, benches, clothes/towel rack, outdoor rug, and a few other misc. items to ensure you have a great camping experience perfect!

Beyond the perfect camper and all its extras, I absolutely LOVE trip planning. I can help you plan an itinerary, select campgrounds for your needs, and answer any and all questions to make sure your camping trip is flawless!

Recommendations

If you are having a difficult time "visioning" what life in the RV would look like, visit out blog of our last adventure... www.thesepegasmovinghome.com.

We are in a perfect location in Florida to experience anything from beautiful beaches, springs, amusement parks, mountains, and quiet serene campgrounds. You do not only have Florida to explore, but we are in a perfect location for short trips to Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, the Carolina's, and Tennessee! Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains are favorites for past renters.

For a bit longer trips, the East coast offers many great opportunities. If you are up for a great adventure, head out west and north west for those grand National Parks you hear everyone talking about!

I use RVTripWizard for our trip planning and not only do I have our saved itinerary from last year, but 4 additional itineraries that are ready to go. During our 100 day trip last year we visited mostly Colorado and Utah, with some Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas and Arkansas sprinkled in. A trip closer to home to includes Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. A trip I am calling "Northern Us", includes Nebraska, Wyoming, Idaho, the Dakota's, Montana, and Minnesota. We have a "Northwest" trip planned including Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. And lastly, for our 2022 summer trip, we will be visiting most of the National Parks in California, but also taking our time driving out and back seeing all sorts of unique stuff along the way!

I would love to plan your perfect RV vacation and you never know, it may become one of our future trips too!

Other things to note

The site says this is where we reiterate rules for our RV? Are their "rules" on vacation? I think better wording would be guidelines...

- We are sharing our "adventure home" with you! We ask that you treat our home with the same respect you would hope someone would treat your home!

- There are no stupid questions. If you are new to RV'ing, we will spend close to an hour with you to walk through how to operate the RV and what you need to know. We are creating different videos and information to leave in the RV to reference later if you forget something or I miss something. If you still are unclear about something, I would rather you ask a question, then have you struggle on your vacation or worse case break something. We are available 24/7 to help with anything you need!

Meet your host, Erika

Our family loves to travel! The Covid Pandemic definitely made travel extremely difficult. So, we thought, what better way to travel, but in our own "moving home"! We bought an RV and went on a life changing adventure for 100 days! We are currently planning our next big 8 week trip in Summer 2022. We have fallen in love with the RV lifestyle and we love sharing that with others. The "Sepega's Moving Home" business is dependent on our RV, named Pongo! Our home can be your home for your adventure!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
As with anything new, there is a learning curve. Class C RV's (like ours) are easy to drive. Driving takes a little patience at first, but my husband went from driving a Mini Cooper to the RV with no problems. Operating the RV, hooking up to water and sewer, and cooking may be new experiences, but we will go over the "how to's" in a detailed walk through and there will be videos/instructions left in the RV! If you have a question, I am available 24/7.

Q.Are festivals or "boondocking" allowed?
A.
From our experience many RV owners do not allow festivals/boondocking due to a few renters destroying RV's. As always, the actions of the few "ruin" things for everyone! We are all for you enjoying a festival or finding that perfect secluded spot or farm to boondock on, but you must let us know! We will add on an additional refundable $500 deposit to give both of us the peace of mind that we are both covered in case of any random damage occurs!
