Guests love it for first-timers

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, November 2024):
> This was my first time renting an RV and it was an amazing experience. George and Heather are great hosts. From the overview, Heather's overview book she creates for you, to the amazing RV..it was a great trip. This RV is so easy to drive. It's like driving a van. Everything was clean, well maintained and functioned perfectly. Such an easy rig to set up. Will be renting this again!

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Highly responsive and accommodating: Heather is highly responsive, offers airport pickup/dropoff, and provides a useful overview book. However, one renter experienced billing issues for extra days and a scheduling conflict for return.
- Easy to drive and setup: Guests praise its smooth driving, likening it to a van, and note quick, easy setup. However, issues include a faulty generator below half tank, non-functional AC/TVs, and refrigerator not cooling at pickup.
