We included 2 zero gravity lounge chairs, toiletries, towels, bedding, fully stocked kitchen even a coffee maker and coffee! If there is something special you would like for us to set up for when you get there, we will have it ready. We offer pick up and delivery for an additional fee, but prefer owners that having hauling experience. Sleeps 8 to 10. The leather sofa opens to a full size bed. The spacious table nook is quite cozy for dining and playing cards. It also opens to a bed. A unique feature is the bunk beds are queen size! The bathroom has its own door so the outdoors doesn't get tracked into the rest of the camper. Come into the front door and there is even a welcome bench to place shoes under and bags on top. Included is a party station outside for grilling and bluetooth speakers with LED lighting for you night owls. Electric awning is easy to operate. Spacious windows provide loads of light for times spent inside. Dual duct AC system for hot days and forced heated air for cooler nights. We love it and know you will too! We allow small pets but no smokers please due to health reasons.What's included1. We are happy to set up and breakdown for you depending on your intended destination for a minimum of $250 per trip

We are a fun loving outdoor family with 2 small dogs and a very sassy kitty. I grew up camping and have passed that on to my kids. Our favorite trip was our trip to Wyoming and Yellowstone. We look forward to doing it again soon.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We allow pickup after 9am on most days. Sunday is usually before 9am due to church services. Drop-off is before 4pm most days so I have a chance to go do a key exchange and start cleanup.

Yes. We can deliver the RV to prepared campsite and set up for $250. You have the option to haul it back or we can pick it up as well for additional $250.
