Availability and rates
There’s a 2 night minimum stay
Discounts
- Weekly (7-29 nights): 5% off nightly rate
- Monthly (30+ nights): 9.9% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $20.00. This fee will cover preparing, servicing, maintaining and sweeping prior to each rental.

Trailer had damage to the roof. Pulled amazing but if we would have had weather it would have let water intrude to the contents inside. Pick and drop off we’re easy enough with his father-in-law Staci. The inside was swept with a few oil stains. I worked great to move contents from my father in laws house. Side panels also needed some work. I hope he puts the rental money back into the trailer for maintenance and repairs. He also negotiated the rental price for my 5 days of use. Thank you again.

Stephen was great to work with and had super communication. The trailer was ready and clean on time with easy in and out of the yard. I would highly recommend Steepen and this trailer which towed super.
