After a rocky beginning, we had a wonderful experience. The fair failed to locate our reserved space, so our host had to locate the camper at an alternate location. He and the fair arranged to place it where it belonged and it was there, ready to go when we arrived in the wee hours of the morning.

It was our first time renting a trailer and it was GREAT! We had a little issue with the generator a few times but over all it was perfect. Keith was easy to talk to and got us everything we needed, can’t wait to be back in the area to rent again!

Rented October 2020. Keith called ahead of time and had everything set up. He initiated all communication. My family had so much fun.Very professional, would definitely recommend!

Felt uncomfortable renting this TT. Renter was very accusatory when there was an issue, i.e. jack, antennae, etc. Renter pursued my $500 deposit without due process. Renter's tone not conductive to good customer service. I returned TT 1 day early due to discomfort regarding renter. Won't rent from this renter again!

I tried my best to fulfill your needs. I'm truly sorry that I couldn't do that. Power jack was working at pickup of RV. I drove out (3hrs with no fee) to your campsite and replaced a blown fuse that happened while in your hands and you're responsible for taking care of it. I filed a claim for picking up the RV, black tank not being dumped all the way, & damages to the two left tires. The $500.00 deposit is made for these small claims. My customer service is A1 100% just read all the other reviews. You mentioned to me that the reason why you left a day early is because your boys were there on Sunday and help you pack and you didn't want to do it by yourself. Also I had to go pick up my RV WITHOUT ANY NOTICE at a hotel because your vehicle would not tow it.

This was a great experience from every aspect. Keith was great and the instructions were simple and to the point I felt very confident setting up the trailer at our site. Everything worked great!! Would definitely recommend this renter to anyone!!

This was the best first time experience EVER!! I opted to have the camper set up and delivered - which was perfect and I arrived to my camp site and Keith had everything already prepared all I had to do was relax and enjoy the lake.
