Diane was a great communicator throughout the rental. The communication broke down after we returned the vehicle and she filed a claim against our security deposit saying that there were scratches on the exterior due to our washing of the vehicle before we returned it. She had no complaint on the inspection when we returned it- she said that she saw the problem “later.” Outdoorsy is currently mediating this for us - I have no idea how much she wants to charge us to “fix” this.

This is exactly what we were looking for. We had a great time on our trip. We drove to Hana and Haleakala. We have everything we needed to make this trip stress free. It’s easy to drive.
Make sure to book your campsite well in advance as most of the campsite get booked up.

We had such a blast on our trip!! It was great to be able to be so mobile and we had such a great experience. The van is great, has everything you need! We drove it on the road to Hana and had no issues, just took it slow/careful. One FYI is look into campsites well in advance to make sure you can book where you like! We had hoped to visit several around the island but most had filled by the time we looked (we looked very last minute so really our fault). We ended up staying at camp olowahu all 3 nights which was still wonderful and super nice.

Perfect vehicle for a Maui experience. They work hard to ensure stay is the best possible. Ensured I knew how to use all features of the van. Very accommodating with transportation to and from airport. Would not want to experience Maui any other way.

Diane was extremely accommodating throughout our entire trip. Great communication during the booking process and with providing ideas where to camp. Upon arrival she was ready and able to explain all things about the vehicle and make recommendations.

Diane was fantastic! Super easy to communicate with, gave us lots of greats tips and was happy for us to do a late check out and even dropped us to the airport. The van is perfect for travelling around the island / road to Hana for 5 days. 100% recommend

The van is comfy and clean. Came with everything we needed for an adventure on Maui. Diane recommended Camp Olawalu and their outdoor showers were amazing!!!

The RV is as advertised. All the amenities you need (including AC which comes in more than handy at times), a great way to experience Maui. Fantastic host, great communication, lots of extras (lanterns, beach chairs, towels, table, etc) and recommendations of what to do. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time! Diane was extremely helpful and gave us some good tips for our trip. We drove up to the summit, did the whole road to Hana and back. Just don't take to many things!
