September 20205

Rich was great to work with and his vehicle is excellent. His explanation made us feel really comfortable with the vehicle and he was understanding and responsive to the one small issue we had. The RV itself was spotless and well equipped for us with linens, kitchen equipment, chairs, and even movies/books/games! We had 5 adults and 3 children staying in the RV and it worked well - 2 people in the bed in the back, 2 in the overhead bed, 2 on the dining table convertible bed, and 1 in each bunk. Everyone had a comfortable bed. The additional 2 sleeping spaces would be the recliners. We had a great time and would definitely rent from Rich again!

Rich and his wife are wonderful people. I would recommend renting their beautiful RV in a heartbeat. The RV is in perfect condition and they have all the details covered. As first-time RVers, we had some self inflicted issues, but Rich was there to help us through them. They went above and beyond to deliver a great experience.

We met with Rich at the Glacier park international airport arrival gate and he is super nice on everything. the vehicle is essential a brand new one, model year 2020 with just around 10k miles on it. interior is in contemporary style with more than enough space, equipments and other accommodation for us as a family of four. being a 32 feet class c, its space rivals the 34ft class a RV we rented last time but the driving experience is way better. more power, less noise and much easier to drive, just like a pickup truck with some extra length in wheel base. Rich prepared more than enough cook and dining wares, as well as.utensils, so it is basically ready to go. the three days our our RV trips in and around Glacier national park turn into our bese national park experience thanks to all that ia offered by the RV. With the brand new water and wastewater pipes and adaptor, getting water supply and dumping wastewater is also a breeze. our five year old son lives in the front overhead full size bed, the six month old daughter in the dinning table converted one while we live in the full bed to the back and all of us are having great rest overnight.

July 20205

We had a great weekend and Rich was great, however, Outdoorsy, communication I would give a 2 star rating, I had some issues with applying a credit and took two days to get through...growing pains possibly, not enough staff to handle the volume...
