- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $75.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Includes Propane Tank, Clean Sheets, Towels and Toilet Paper, kitchen basics like salt, pepper, paper towels and dish soap.

We have NO complaints, and for us, that’s a milestone.
Maria is a gracious host. The unit was delivered on time, it was clean, and functioned extremely well.
Though we had brought some of our own stuff it really wasn’t necessary as most everything you’ll need is provided. Well stocked galley, clean fresh smelling linens, and more.
The unit is designed for more people but it was just two of us. Plenty of room.
