Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Flexible and highly communicative: Donald (Donnie/Babb RV rentals) is consistently described as flexible, highly responsive to communication requests, and accommodating. He is very helpful with setup, return, and flexible on pickup/dropoff times, leading to many guests recommending him for re-rental.
- Well-maintained with off-grid limits: The 2023 Grand Design Imagine AIM is consistently described as clean, in great condition, and having all necessary features. However, for off-grid use, the battery does not hold overnight with the heater, necessitating a generator for extended boondocking.
