New paint, new wood floors, new upholstery, new driver and passenger seats, new carpet, new brakes and air ride suspension, new Smart TV’s front and rear with DVD players. Apple CarPlay Stereo has DVD, USB and Aux Input options, Backup and side camera system. Fully Stocked-Includes linens (optional), dishes and cookware. Large Power awning, slide opens with the sofa/sleeper for more leg room and space for you to move around. Our family can dry camp for 4 days with the large water and holding tanks, conserving water use can get you even more days. The generator keeps the batteries charged for the night as you run it during the day for appliances and A/C use. Kitchen has a 3 burner cooktop with a small oven, microwave, toaster and 2 tub sink. Private toilet and sink separate tub/shower. Water pressure is great even when running on the pump not connected to the city water supply.

We have some flexibility with times, depending on the day of the week and when we have bookings before or after.

We have a YouTube channel with videos to watch before rental pickup day and while you are on your trip we have a thumb drive containing all of our videos that can be watched on our dashboard DVD player.
