Jason was great and instantly responded to every call or text! Walked us through everything. Very helpful even called our destination to clarify the power hookups. It was great for our first trip! At his suggestion I did bring mattered pads for a more comfortable experience Definitely recommend. We brought our own sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels due to Covid. I would suggest bringing more kitchen supplies if planning to spend time in the RV like coffee mugs, wine glasses, spices, etc. Treat it more like a camping trip vs. Airbnb and you’ll be thrilled! 😊
