Camper is in great shape. Has tons of storage, beds, living space, etc. Tailgate on the back has room to haul firewood and is where the generator is attached to.Kitchen has an island. Fridge has been replaced with a larger 10 cu ft unit, top freezer bottom fridge.We have replaced several things in the camper. Toilet, shower head, kitchen faucet, etc. We have really tried to keep it nice and fix things when they break.The camper has a fresh water tank, 2 grey tanks and 1 black tank. We used to dry camp/boondock quite often and it works really well.The outdoor kitchen is one of our favorite things about this camper. It has a fridge, a 2 burner stove top, a working sink and plenty of storage and cabinets.Tires are still fairly new and in great shape. We are religious about replacing our tires about every 3 years just to make sure we don't have any problems.Camper pulls nice. We supply the WD receiver and all components. We purchased that new when we bought the camper 2 years ago. It works well.There is a TV in the living room area and one in the bedroom. The tv antenna does not need to be raised. It is stationary. All you have to do scan for channels and your good to go. It usually picks up channels pretty good.What's includedWe offer up to 6 camping chairs, outdoor rug, fresh linens, cookware, utensils, paper bowls and plates.Delivery and pickup available upon request.Thousand Trails membership usage at no additional cost. Will save you on the nightly campground costs if you choose one of the campgrounds within the membership.RecommendationsWe would recommend Thousand Trails or KOA campgrounds. They are almost always family friendly and the facilities have been maintained well.Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper, no exceptions.
